Hey! I’m Brooke, an athlete, speaker, content creator and dog mum to this gorgeous, fluffy guy, Buddy.
I love matcha, movement that feels good and rest days that make you stronger, physically and mentally.
After years in the fitness and modelling worlds, I’ve seen how toxic "wellness" messaging can get, and honestly, I’m not here for it. In fact, I loathe it.
Body acceptance isn’t about "giving up" or "promoting being fat” as I often hear (can you feel the eye roll through the screen?). It’s about ditching the shame, finding balance and realising health doesn’t have one look.
I’m here to help women and girls feel good where they’re at, find their version of strong and stop treating fitness like punishment. No guilt. No quick fixes. Just helping you rethink fitness and embrace body acceptance.
