5 Useful and Affordable Beauty Tools Pt.2

I love a beauty product that makes looking better simple. Here are another 5 useful and affordable beauty tools you need to own, part 2. They are the unspoken beauty essentials that help make beauty just that little bit easier.

EXFOLIATING GLOVES

Exfoliation gloves are great for slipping on whilst in the shower and quickly exfoliating your body. They increase circulation, draw blood and oxygen to the surface of the skin and encourage youthful looking skin.

Quick tip: If you have sensitive skin, opt for a natural fibre and softer glove that will massage the skin. If you prefer a more coarse method, purchase a rougher mitt for a more extreme exfoliation.

A LOOFA

Exfoliating gloves and loofas are much the same, so it comes down to personal preference. However, they can host bacteria if you are not cleaning them properly after use. Ensure you hang it so I can dry between uses and I would suggest replacing them every 2-3 weeks.

Quick tip: Skincare should be gentle and not too harsh. Some people spend a lot of time over-cleaning and stripping their skin of its natural and healthy moisturising oils. These oils keep us from having itchy, dry and flaky skin.

WIDE TOOTH COMB

There are many reasons to start using a wide tooth comb, especially if you have curly hair, like mwah.

They make detangling and brushing your hair much more pleasant which, also means less hair fallout. A wide tooth comb is gentle on the scalp and also reduces breakage and split ends.

CURVED BEAUTY SCISSORS

These handy beauty scissors are great for getting rid of unwanted facial hair for both women and men. My boyfriend has adopted mine because they are ideal for trimming your eyebrow and beard hair.

This little pump bottle is great for decanting nail polish remover, makeup remover or toner into. Simply pump the product out onto a flat cotton pad for easy use.
