By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.. or some crap like that, but seriously. Here’s how to plan your week like the boss babe that you are!
Whilst, most of my work can be done online I have a number of different techniques to help me stay on track.
If you’re looking to increase productivity and stay on top of things during the week, follow this weekly planner to plan your week like an entrepreneurial boss babe!
I like to think of Sunday’s as a relaxing start to a successful week. On Sunday’s I like to sit down with a coffee, my laptop and a notebook. I get everything out of my head and onto the page in front of me (this is also a great technique to help you sleep!)
Relying on your brain to remember important dates or your to-do list is just going to lead to a stressful week.
A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.
Eat the frog at the start of your day. This means getting the hardest tasks out of the way first and not browsing through emails or checking what’s trending on Instagram.
I know it’s hard because by nature we like to put off things that may seem intimidating. However, getting these tasks out of the way means you won’t be dreading them all week.
Set aside time to meal prep nutritious foods and schedule in some exercise for the week. If you’re sitting at a desk, get up and move around every hour or so.
Avoid depriving yourself of “bad foods” because your brain needs fuel to function, enjoy everything in moderation.
Happy hump day! You’re halfway through the week and chances are things are either under control or very hectic.
Take some time to slow down and reflect on what has worked for you this week so far and what changes you can make to continue being a boss babe.
You have a couple of days before the weekend and if you haven’t already started time blocking, it’s time to start. If you have similar tasks eg, writing an SEO blog post or filming a video, time block those tasks and smash them out together.
Set a time on your phone, put some headphones in and smash out those tasks boss babe!
You’ve made it to the end of the working week so it’s time to wrap up. You’ve done your best work earlier in the week so just finish things off and write reminders for yourself for next week. That way you can step straight back into what you’re up to next week.
CONGRATULATIONS BOSS BABE
Congrats you’ve made it through the week! Try to get tedious tasks like grocery shopping and meal prepping out of the way before the weekend starts.
That way you give yourself a great start to your weekend so you can relax, recharge and pamper yourself.
